Pamela has lived on St. Thomas for over 17 years and has been involved with many facets of the real estate business for over 30 years. After getting a degree in business, she went on to own and operate her own real estate firm in Boston. During this time, she began investing in and renovating income properties. Eight years later, after selling the real estate firm, she continued to invest, renovate and turn over properties. The Virgin Islands had always captivated her, so when her son left for college in 2002, she successfully moved her investment income properties to St. Thomas through the 1031 Exchange Program. While in Boston, Pamela also studied and received a Degree in Fine Arts majoring in Interior Architecture-which she thinks assists her in seeing aesthetic potential in perspective properties.
Growing up, Pamela lived in several different countries including Canada, Belgium and England. This experience encouraged her to travel more as an adult and she has since traveled all over the world including Tibet, Russia and New Zealand. When not traveling, she likes to take advantage of the Virgin Island’s beautiful beaches, boating and golf. She also tries to give as much of her spare time as possible doing volunteer work with the many non-profit organizations on St. Thomas.
